It's been busy the last few months. So busy that I haven't really had time to speak about the H.U.M.A.N. the podcast. Me and Shane Fazen started talking about a podcast quite some time ago. We both wanted to share what martial arts have offer on top of just fighting. Both of us felt that competition is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to martial arts and that there's so much more to it.
Our biggest problem was that we are both so very strapped for time and a podcast, just like any other job, is a commitment if you want to do it well. Additionally, we wanted it to be of top quality podcast with some amazing guests and so far, I have to say, we've had some incredible individuals who have shared some brilliant life experiences and knowledge.

Why, you may wonder? Because to us, it doesn't matter what style you practice or whether you're trying to become a world champion or just learn how to defend yourself. Martial Arts have given us both so much and we wanted to share the beauty of it with the world!
